To use the paid features of the idr508 Platform, you are required to register a personal Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian National Identity Card number (NIK/KTP), registered email address, and preferred contact number.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information associated with your Account. idr508 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time to confirm the ongoing accuracy of your registered details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — identified by shared name, date of birth, email address, phone number, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. idr508 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated Accounts will be closed without prior notice, and any balances, including Bonus Funds and pending withdrawals, may be forfeited in their entirety.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify idr508 support immediately. idr508 will not be held liable for losses resulting from u nauthorized Account access arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
As part of our regulatory obligations and commitment to responsible gaming, idr508 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing any withdrawal request. This process is designed to verify your identity, confirm your age, and ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations.
You will be required to submit the following documentation:
idr508 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified via email once your KYC verification is complete.
If your submitted documentation is incomplete, illegible, or raises concerns regarding authenticity, idr508 reserves the right to request additional documentation or decline verification. In cases where verification cannot be completed, withdrawal requests will remain pending until satisfactory documentation is provided.
idr508 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed during the deposit process.
Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes. In rare cases where a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number for manual verification.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made by a spouse, family member, friend, or business associate — are strictly prohibited. idr508 reserves the right to return any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party account and to close the receiving Account without notice.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). idr508 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed the KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but will not be permitted to withdraw funds until verification is complete.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day for verified accounts. Once approved, funds are typically transferred to your designated bank account or e-wallet within 5 to 30 minutes, depending on the payment provider's processing speed.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are set based on your account verification level and transaction history. High-value withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may be subject to enhanced review and processed in installments at idr508's discretion.
As a standard security measure, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. If this is not possible, idr508 may request additional verification documentation before processing the withdrawal to an alternative method.
To comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal request can be approved. For example, a deposit of Rp 100,000 must generate at least Rp 100,000 in total wagers before the remaining balance can be withdrawn.
All bonuses offered by idr508 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are clearly stated on the promotional page at the time you opt in to the bonus. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus offer.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x). Until the wagering requirement is met, you will not be able to withdraw any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Wagering contribution varies by game type and is specified in the bonus terms.
idr508 defines bonus abuse as any pattern of play or account activity designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gaming intent. Examples include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, coordinated betting between multiple accounts, exploiting software errors or game malfunctions to generate unfair bonus value, or wagering patterns inconsistent with normal recreational play. idr508 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one bonus per Player, per household, per IP address, per device. Sharing a household or internet connection with another Player does not entitle you to additional bonuses.
All sports wagers are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market type. These rules are available in the Sports Betting Rules section accessible from the sportsbook interface. In the event of a dispute, idr508's internal records — including bet timestamps, odds displayed, and settlement outcomes — will be considered final and binding.
Casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and traditional table games, operate according to the rules published by the game provider. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are certified by independent testing laboratories and are available upon request for any game on the Platform.
idr508 reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances: incorrect odds displayed due to technical error, bets placed after an event has already started (for pre-match markets), duplicate bets resulting from technical malfunction, or bets placed using bonus funds outside the permitted game restrictions. Voided bets will be refunded to your Account at the original stake value.
Certain promotional offers may include a maximum winnings cap, clearly stated in the offer terms. Standard play without bonuses carries no maximum winnings limit, subject to the game provider's individual maximum payout limits where applicable.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. idr508 will not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.
The idr508 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. idr508 does not warrant that the Platform will meet your specific requirements or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, idr508 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
idr508 reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authority. Upon suspension, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcome, and your remaining balance will be returned to you following completion of any necessary investigations, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to idr508.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to you within seven (7) business days following verification. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened, and you will be required to register a new Account should you wish to return, subject to eligibility requirements and these Terms.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower. You will be notified via email at least thirty (30) days before any inactivity fee is applied.
idr508 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, regulatory requirements, or business practices. Any material changes will be notified to registered Players via email and will be prominently displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the idr508 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idr508 holds its international gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact idr508 customer support to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction governing these Terms. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against idr508.
